NO REFUND Policy for Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival

At Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival, we appreciate your interest and support. We value your commitment to attending our event and ensure that we strive to provide an exceptional experience. However, please note that we have a strict NO REFUND policy. This policy applies to all ticket & merchandise purchases made at our festival.

We kindly request all attendees to carefully review their ticket choices and confirm their availability before completing the purchase. Once a ticket purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Our NO REFUND policy includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  1. Event Attendance:
    • If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason.
    • In the event that you are unable to attend, ticket transfers or refunds will not be provided.
  2. Event Cancellation:
    • In the unlikely event that Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival is cancelled, you will be entitled to receive a full refund for the ticket purchase, excluding any processing fees or service charges.
  3. Program Changes:
    • We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including event schedules, venues, films, and participants without notice.
    • In the event of significant program changes, we do our very best to notify ticket holders through the email provided during the ticket purchase process.
  4. Ticket Selection:
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct selection of tickets, including the event date, time, and seating preference.
    • Please review all ticket details, including quantity and ticket type, before finalizing the purchase.
  5. Ticket Confirmation:
    • After completing the ticket purchase, customers will receive a confirmation email with the ticket details, including the order number and ticket barcode.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to review the confirmation email and ensure that all ticket information is accurate.
  6. Reporting Discrepancies:
    • If there are any discrepancies or errors in the ticket details provided in the confirmation email, customers must immediately contact our customer support team.
    • Our team will review the reported discrepancies and assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability. However, resolution is subject to availability and the ticket refund policy.
  7. Ticket Transfer:
    • Transfers of tickets to another individual is not permitted.
    • Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is on the ticket.
  8. Lost or Stolen Tickets:
    • Run&Shoot Filmworks is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
    • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced nor refunded.

This NO REFUND policy aims to maintain fairness and consistent treatment to all our attendees. We encourage you to consider carefully before purchasing tickets.
